As for our payment terms, we kindly ask for the following payments to be made via a bank transfer once an Order Confirmation have been shared with you in your inbox:
1st payment: 70% of the total amount when the order is placed
2nd payment: 30% upon delivery

The Scandinavian Sauna is normally delivered within 12-16 weeks from when the final order is placed and the first payment is received.
Please note:
In times with high demand the delivery time may be longer. We will confirm the estimated delivery time upon sharing your Order Confirmation. -
All our saunas are delivered by our carpentry team who also built your sauna. Upon delivery of your Scandinavian Sauna, you will receive a thorough introduction to your sauna as well as log-in details to our online Sauna Guide which shares in-depth information on how to get started, maintain and use your Scandinavian Sauna.

From 1 July 2021, the EU One Stop Shop was implemented within all EU countries. This simplified the EU TAX/VAT system, which led to final consumers within the EU will at all times only have to pay their own TAX/VAT rate in the country the consumer is based. Therefore, if buying a mobile Scandinavian Sauna, you will only be charged for your own local TAX/VAT charges. No danish TAX/VAT charges will be added to your invoice.
If you are VAT registered entity and purchase the sauna for commercial purposes, you will not have to pay any VAT charges. Please provide us with your VAT number upon submitting your inquiry.
Please note:
If you are a consumer or business entity based in the UK or Switzerland 0% VAT/TAX charges will be added from our side. However, a local import tax should be expected. In the UK please expect a local import charge of 20%, while 8% can be expected upon importing a Scandinavian Sauna to Switzerland. Local import charges will have to be paid by the importer upon delivery. Upon deliveries to the UK and Switzerland we will add a Custom Clearance fee of 299 Euros for us to handle all administration related to the custom clearance proces. -
