The newest addition to the Scandinavian Sauna range is the Office Sauna, a bold rethinking of what a sauna can be.

Born from our own needs and daily routines, this model was developed at our waterfront design studio and open-air showroom, where we live with and continuously test our products. It’s more than just a sauna. It’s a multifunctional space designed to support modern living.

The Office Saunas offers a unique sauna space with panoramic view, a comfortable well-designed office space as well as an opportunity for additional bedding for guests. It’s an ideal backyard addition for those looking to integrate focus, rest, and recovery into everyday living.

WALLS & BENCHES

Locally sourced Scandinavian Spruce makes up the fully insulated interior walls while the generous 2m seating levels are made of bright Aspen timber which feels colder and more comfortable against the skin compared to other types of wood.

OVEN & CHIMNEY

Our chimney and oven is meticulously crafted and proudly bears the CE Mark, ensuring it’s compliance with strict European safety standards. In addition to it’s safety features, our wood burner oven is designed to deliver great and quick heat performance.

LIGHTS

As we are big believers in off grid use and full mobility, our dimmable, hidden LED lights are powered by rechargeable batteries. The lights are remotely controlled via a touch panel and can be dimmed to create any desired atmosphere. We also provide a sauna water bucket with a scoop for steamy sessions.

FLOOR

Fully insulated untreated A+ Quality Scandinavian Spruce Flooring provides a natural and pristine foundation for your sauna space. With its smooth, fully flat surface, it facilitates easy cleaning, making it ideal for simple and efficient broom maintenance.

15-minute sandtimer

Improve your private sauna session with added accuracy in the form of our 15-minute sand timer. This simple yet practical tool ensures a safe and effective sauna experience by providing a structured time frame for your session. The sand timer can serve as a gentle reminder to drink, take shower breaks or cold baths according to your individual schedule.

TERMO-HYGROMETER

This device accurately measures both temperature and humidity, enabling you to tailor and monitor your sauna environment. By providing real-time data on conditions, it helps you craft a sauna routine that is not only personalised but also optimised for your comfort and health.

DOORS & CLADDING

Our saunas are meticulously crafted with quality timber, featuring A+ grade Scandinavian Spruce exterior cladding that’s treated multiple times before and after installation for enhanced durability and weather resistance.

The entrance doors are made from durable toughened glass with a black door stopper and lock, providing both security and a sleek design. They also allow more natural light into the sauna and extend the outward view.

TRAILER

Your sauna will be delivered with a custom-built, galvanised, EU type-approved trailer with brakes. This robust trailer ensures adherence to European standards, delivering both safety and durability. NOTE: The photo is showing a factory coated trailer (Surcharge upgrade: +1075 EUR )

ROOF

The fully insulated premium-quality steel roof is designed to be highly durable and minimalistic, offering a reliable solution for long-lasting protection. Backed by a 60-year warranty, it guarantees excellence in quality and longevity.

STAIRS

Your office sauna will be delivered with two robust bespoke-made detachable stairs, meticulously crafted from steel and A+ grade black coated wooden boards. This durable design ensures both strength and functionality, providing a reliable solution for your entrance to your office sauna.

KEY LOCK

Included is a key lock-box with code to make it convenient for you to keep the key handy.

Our production schedule operates on a "first come, first served" basis, meaning delivery times can vary depending on when an order is placed. At the moment, our delivery schedule is subject to change on a weekly basis.

We deliver Scandinavian Saunas to all European countries as well as the UK, Switzerland and Japan. Please contact us directly for estimated price to your desired delivery address.

Please know, your sauna will be delivered to your doorstep by an external freight company, fully assembled and ready for immediate use! The Scandinavian Sauna team will provide virtual guidance to help you get started with your sauna as well as log-in details to our online Sauna Guide which shares in-depth information on how to get started, maintain and use your Scandinavian Sauna.
UK & Switzerland
No VAT will be added from our side. However, local import taxes apply: 20% in the UK and 8% in Switzerland. These charges must be paid upon delivery. A €299 customs clearance fee will be applied for handling all import administration. Should you happen to be VAT registered, you will likely be able to reclaim the VAT charges.
For UK-based clients, if you were purchasing goods locally in the UK, you would also have to pay a 20% VAT charge. So, the only additional fee when purchasing from us would be the €299 customs clearance fee.
EU
You will only pay your local VAT rate — no Danish VAT will be added to your invoice from us.
If VAT-registered and purchasing for commercial use, no VAT will be charged—please provide your VAT number when confirming the purchase of your Scandinavian Sauna.
We are fully commitment to provide a 2-year warranty on all aspects of your Scandinavian Sauna.

Reach out to set up a call and receive a quotation.
Step 2 - Personal Consultation
A dedicated Scandinavian Sauna representative will personally reach out to you within 1-3 days, either by email or phone.
Step 3 - Review Quotation and Confirm
If you are happy to proceed with the quotation, a formal Order Confirmation will be provided, outlining a 70% deposit of the total amount to secure the production of your sauna in our production line.
Step 4 - Delivery Scheduling
Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the estimated delivery time, a Scandinavian Sauna representative will reach out to you again to inform you of the exact timing for your delivery.
Upon delivery, the remaining 30% payment will be requested.
STEP 5 - Delivery and Virtual Consultation
Following delivery, a personalised virtual consultation can be arranged to address any questions regarding usage and ensure we help you getting started in the best possible way.
